  • Refund Policy: Fees for most Services are non-refundable once payment is processed or services commence, except where explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
  • Scheduling: Sessions and engagements must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the session or require full payment.

4. Keynotes and Speaking

EngagementsFees for keynotes, speaking engagements, and related appearances are non-refundable once the engagement is confirmed and the deposit (if applicable) or full payment has been received. In the event of cancellation by the client:

  • More than 90 days prior to the event: Any deposit may be credited toward a future engagement (at our discretion).
  • 90 days or fewer prior to the event: The full fee is due and non-refundable.

Travel expenses, if reimbursed separately, will be handled according to the specific agreement. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness or force majeure), in which case fees will be refunded or credited.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for your own progress and results from the Services.
  • Coaching is not therapy, financial advice, legal advice, or medical treatment. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and participate fully.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or Services.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in question.

Coaching results vary and depend on individual effort. Donald LaPlume is not a licensed therapist, attorney, or financial advisor.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sullivan County, the State of New Hampshire, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
